Habikta - Ramot

Habikta knows smoked meat! 10 of 10 for hardwood long smoke process, delicate tasteful meat. We had the smoked meat plate for two. I never liked the choriz in other restaurants in Israel, but Habikta changed my mind about chorizo. I loved the fennel seed in Habiktas Chorizo, the taste was amazing and it was not too lean; it was tender, juicy and tasteful. The salad was fresh, the onion ring from Tempura battery was amazing. Also the hot vegetable side was well made. Everything was presented beautifully. Their generous portions mean that we will enjoy their smoked meat from our carrier containers here at home.
