The server had to be new. the service was bad. Usually this will load well for everything. they must look at their training or recruitment processes. food: 5/5
The meal was excellent. the customer service was excellent. they take their time with the meals, also with the restaurant full customer. would definitely come back.
Absolutely the personal I've ever seen. I stood in front of the lady waiting for my online order, which was right next to her, and she was too busy with her phone to recognize me. So I ask another waitress to get my order. then the dame left in register and did not come back because I waited for it, so I had to ask the other waitress to get the jelly for me. terrible experience and will not come back!
Excellent service. Delicious food. However, it was quite busy in the dining room and everyone was working hard… except for Fausto. He just told people what to do but never did anything himself. It got the point where my buddy and I were making bets on if he’d start doing some work. I bet that he would. I lost.
