Mcdonald's - Raleigh

Wow the worst experience I've had this afternoon, waiting more than an hour, and for them to cancel the order. I check my bank account and they have charged me twice 39.28, I hope it is no more and without food, I know that it is in process. you will return it.

Horrible service, people at the window are mean, have poor costumer employees skills. Specially early in the morning when you need to go to work, can see they’re playing and having a good time at the back of the store when you are in a rush. Then if you say something about the time they rolling their eyes and handle the bags in a bad manners. I was waiting for 3 hash browns for almost 10 minutes. Horrible horrible service. You guys improved the face of the building, but still having same or worse costumer care service.

Well, the burgers seem to be getting small.The manger on duty was very nice and did replace it.

Please STOP pulling the fries early! They start out hot and crispy and as soon as you pull off, they’re limp and greasy. tell the young lady in the window at night not to have an attitude when ppl don’t like the quality of the food they were served. If it’s not right, its not right. The day time shift does a MUCH better job!

The McDonald’s is convenient and clean but the service is not great. The best be manager on shift gave me a McFlurry that wasn’t even stirred up and got an attitude when I asked if she was gonna stir it. She handed it back to be after 5 sec and it was hardly mixed. If I wanted a sundae with green on top, I’d have asked for that.
