Mcdonald's - Raleigh

Got two small burnt patties, one piece of cheese, a cold unsalted fries. only good thing was the sweet tea.

Very terrible experience apologising a restaurant only limited it menu to certain elements because it is the night menu when served in front of them. this place needs a better administration and how to actually work properly.

Western mcdonalds is an experience man. eating is as good as any other location, but some employees seem to have no customer service training. a kerl (I think a manager) always bless you when you are an NC student, and I think he keeps this place alive. he did everything they do.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. when I finally got to the redner, there were 15 minutes waiting for service and nothing. I went to the reward window where there was no one. I went to the pick-up window to say at this point that I had to come physically in. I managed to wait 20 minutes for a cheeseburgerfries and a koks. Not to mention the steady drop of the water from the right over the cash station and the picking station. this place will disappear.

They have become better and are very friendly, fast and always smiling. that wasn't always the same, but I enjoy it there. there is this one lady who has a very distinctive voice and she makes you so happy when she goes through the drive.
