Honey Baked Ham Company - Raleigh

The ham was great as you would expect. The staff acted like I was a bother. The lady who waited on me was eating a sandwich with gloves on and never changed them while getting my order. Her hands were filthy and left sticky residue all over the bag.

Great place to shop for meal or sandwiches. Service very fast and curious.

I understand it is super busy for Thanksgiving but the person at the counter was very rude and aggressive. Got to the counter, tried to show the bar code to the cashier and she refused to look at it I can 't read that but instructions said show bar code). She proceeded to ask me what I ordered, rang it up then asked for payment. And again I said I had prepaid and she got very rude and nasty about my being in the wrong line. I was in the pick-up line but apparently there was a prepaid line and to pay line. Signage did not indicate this. I apologized as I didn 't realize I was in the wrong pre-order lane but I couldn 't do anything about it at that point. I get they are busy and probably overwhelmed but no need to treat people so poorly. Maybe next year, put up better signage.

Excellent service today getting a ham. RPD was helping with traffic and parking!

I just picked up 4 honey backed ham bones priced $3.99 each. The store was decorates so nice for the holidays. The bone has so much ham on it. So much so that I can make.sandwiches or season begetsbles with some it as well as make ham fried rice. The service was putstanding. Those ladies spoke made me aware of the specials. I the Six Forks Store; I will never go back to the Durham-Chapel Hill Store. Their ham bones look sickly. Keep up the Good work Six Forks HBHS.
