Chick-fil-a - Raleigh

The drive-thru line was incredibly inefficient. I placed a mobile order and ended up waiting 30 minutes on a Tuesday night, while 10 cars that ordered after me received their food before I did. The employees didn’t seem to care at all and didn’t offer any kind of apology. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A.

They only open one lane for drive through the other one is wasted on mobile order pickup. You have to wait longer for no reason. Also if your arrive for an early lunch you get the much smaller breakfast chicken on lunch sandwiches

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. Thankfully, I haven't been back in over three years. I received the wrong breakfast order but went ahead and ate it anyway. To make matters worse, they didn't include my coffee. After asking for it three times, I ended up leaving and just got coffee at Sheetz. I haven't returned to this location since.

We returned the fries to the front to ask for fresh ones since they were cold. Instead of giving us new fries, they placed the old ones under the food warmer and handed them back to us, resulting in lukewarm, hard fries. To make matters worse, when we tried to dispose of our trash, we found the trash can was full. They told us we had to take our trash outside. Overall, we’ll stick to driving a bit further to the Capital Crossing Chick-fil-A, which has consistently provided a better experience.

I recently visited a restaurant and was looking for the cheapest item on the menu since I'm short on cash. While I was trying to decide, I overheard some staff members laughing at the register, making jokes about me and my appearance. I ended up ordering a simple three-piece meal and a water. When they asked for my name, I told them it was Sebastian, but they thought it would be funny to write "Shebastian" for my order, which felt uncomfortable as a trans man. I had hoped that places like Chick-fil-A had moved past being transphobic, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I came in trying to save money and ended up feeling judged, hungry, and frustrated.
