Bidra med feedbackI was a few days ago on holiday in the magnificent ibla ragusa and after having cost, with my great regret, a lower level of quality offered by bars and restaurants, with high costs at the expense of the adventurous. by chance I entered this house bakery welcomed with smiles and availability from the owners, I made recommend on the desserts to buy and enjoy on the return. these days, once we started to delight each evening with a different sweetness goto, with the result of a high level of speciality with a quality without compromise. a super positive experience if by chance ibla jump into this bakery shop. super recommended, I hope that next year there is also their bar for excellent breakfasts. Good.
Delicious sweets, pear and ricotta is one of the best desserts I've ever eaten! friendly and kind staff, but the real surprise is the price: very honest for the top quality of pasta. made our visit to unforgettable ragusa!
Excellent cannoli ricotta pie in almond in various gorges including those to the carob that I had never tasted before and I found delicious if then to the really high quality adds the kindness of the lady who stands at the table of sweets (I think the owner) the union is perfect. Good!
While not living in ragusa, I had the fortune to receive their almond cookies as a gift. I'm a fan of these treats, I've tried so many, and those Iudice are the best of all. in my box there were the classic snowflakes (the quintessence of suffering, it really seems to eat a cloud,) the lemon and mandarin (delicious,) those to the carob (to me I really liked them very much for their unusual taste, but maybe not all like it) and some croccanti to the almond to honey (a firm stop eating them if I lived in ragusa, and go So who can, go there! and who can't, if he wants to make a figurone, order their products for a gift (I will do it with a foreign colleague) or make a gift by ordering them for himself. I'm almost ashamed to say, I really think it cost too little. I already booked two more. but if I go to the section “turns”, maybe I take four... unbeatable price quality. not just to ragusa.
