Jimmy John's - Radford City

1210pm today a male with red hair, glasses, beared began taking my order. Half way into ordering, he proceeded to stop taking my order and took someone elses order (someone who walked in AFTER me) and then made their sandwiches before mine. He then began handling food without wearing a beard net (totally disgusting). He was a rude hack who needs to be fired immediately. I won't be returning.

I used to work for jimmy johns and this is just sad.

Having to wait an hour before the food is delivered isn't an option for me. The last few times I have ordered this has been the case. I am not a fan of cold sandwiches and the only reason to order JJ is for the delivery and how quickly they could get your order to you. Totally disappointed.

I’m a little biased... I love Jimmy Johns. Being a student at Radford and having it so close within reach is not good for my wallet. Jimmy Johns has never disappointed me and the staff are so-so friendly here too. ??
