Two steps more. Not up to the standard advertised. Sorry, a lot of hiccups for an expected service which unfortunately was not there during our stay. Perhaps the end of the season is coming, a relaxation after strong seasonal activity... It's a shame because the concept of several palazzos is interesting. I stayed for the weekend in this splendid historic residence in the Chianti hills. Comfortable, clean rooms, with TV and minibar. You can dine in the adjacent restaurant, which is truly delicious. The residence offers a spa with hydromassage, sauna and Turkish bath. A special mention goes to the girls who work at the massage centre. Brave and professional is an understatement. We found ourselves as if we were within the walls of our own home. Weekend to remember. Special thanks to Cristina at the reception. We will come back for sure

The group arrived in the dark after driving for 2.5 hours. They had to carry their luggage up to the third floor. They stayed in a hurry for one night and had to worry about how to unload their luggage the next day!
