99 Restaurants - Quncy, MA

My husband and I ate here for dinner, mostly because it was within walking distance of our hotel and was open late. I had the haddock and he had the fish and chips. The food was fine, but not great. Kind of bland and could use more seasoning.The service was horribly slow. I understand that this sometimes happens during rush hours, but it was not busy at all. We were one of the few tables there. We waited 5-10 minutes just for someone to stop by for our drink orders, then waited a reasonably long time for food, then waited a very long time before we could flag someone down for the check and to-go boxes. We ended up paying in cash because neither of us wanted to risk another 30 minute wait for a server to return with our credit card.Atmosphere was about what you'd expect for a sports bar. The TV was loud enough to be distracting, though not so loud you couldn't hear the other people at your table.

Kid-friendliness: This is my kids favorite restaurant

We ordered 3 boiled dinners today for St Patrick's day. What we got was mashed potatoes, not boiled, ham not corn beef and Cole slaw instead of cabbage. Great restaurant! Never

Grilled chicken on south west salad was burnt and tasted horrible. Order was to go and they forgot to give dressing. 2/5/2024 4:30
