Bidra med feedbackI waited for 3 minutes at the drive-thru with no one in front of me before someone took my order. My double toasted bagel was not warm, so I had to go inside to avoid holding up the drive-thru. I waited another 3 minutes for one of the 5 people chatting to serve me. I asked if she could fix it and she politely agreed. The person at the toaster seemed upset though. I was not being difficult, I was polite. They definitely need a manager there to ensure things are being done correctly. There were a few people upset about the lack of service we paid for, but I was not one of them. I understand why others were cranky.
This is a great place to get your fresh coffee and pastries.

I'm a regular at Tim Hortons, and I continue to be impressed by the consistently great experience they offer. Their coffee is always fresh and delicious, and their variety of baked goods never disappoints. The staff is friendly and efficient, making every visit enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere and comfortable seating also make it a perfect spot to catch up with friends or get some work done.However, there's one issue that I've noticed recently, and that's the presence of quite a few flies in the shop. It's a bit distracting and takes away from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. I hope magament can address this concern to maintain the high quality of their service. Despite this, Tim Hortons remains a reliable go-to for my coffee and snack cravings.
I just spend $50 for coffee and donuts coffee wasn’t fresh it was cold and old i try to talk to the manager he was very rude if they have a manager like him god will help the business I will never go back again I own the business too that’s way I all ways buying coffee donuts and gifts card from same location complimentary to my customers less than one week I spend $300 they loos the business from me never go back again this location 233 on highway 2 very disappointed parv v
