Ihop - Quincy

I had some negative experiences in this place last year and the year before due to personnel problems. Recently I went back and the food looked out, but also tasted great! They were also much more busy than I think they have ever. That was great, but it seemed like a few of them were not the happiest there, but overall a better experience than before.

We visited on Mother’s Day morning, and the manager was incredibly accommodating. We initially checked out a few other restaurants where the wait times were up to an hour, but at IHOP, we were seated in less than 15 minutes despite the busy atmosphere. The manager graciously offered each mother a carnation and a card for a complimentary meal on our next visit! To top it off, our server delivered our check in a Mother’s Day greeting card, complete with a heartfelt handwritten note.

As a Muslim, I had to choose the Tilapia rice. It was served with broccoli, but unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the taste of the fish at all. The service was fine, though.

We had a fantastic time! Our grandkids really enjoyed it, and everyone ordered something different. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. It was a lovely experience overall.
