It's been a while since I last dined at Begbie's for no specific reason, but the pandemic prompted us to reconsider our dining habits. We were intrigued to check out their new outdoor tables that were set up due to the pandemic. The photo gives a glimpse of the outdoor seating area.

Now that’s a chief salad! They even replaced the meat with a vegetarian patty. Quick, clean and nice to see the chef put some presentation into her creations!

Portions are huge, but can be scaled down. The menu is provincial, but the food excellent. The staff catered for my gluten-free wife with care. The prices were very reasonable. A no-nonsense establishment
