Taco Gyspy - Quesnel

After wandering around the farmer's market in the hot sun I was quite thirsty and really just wanted something to drink! I picked up a Jarritos Mango soda and it was delicious. The staff were super nice and we chatted about our other favourite flavours. I would definitely have ordered more if I was hungry.

Taco Gypsy could possibly be the top restaurant in this area near Vancouver. All of their dishes are delicious, healthy, come in large portions, are budget-friendly, and made with local and organic ingredients. The only downside is that Taco Gypsy is not open around the clock every day of the year.

Great food truck. Huge portions (good to share). Their breakfast taco is scrumptious. Find them at the Farmers Market in the summer months.

Somehow I always expect food trucks to be cheap and only somewhat tasty. Each time I eat at one I'm reminded that the modern food truck experience is more like a boutique. Expensive, but wzcwllwnt quality. Taco Gypsy is no exception. The food isn't cheap, and although the portions aren't huge, they're enough. So tasty though, that I always want to eat more. Last time I was there everything was vegetarian, and I haven't made it to fish taco Friday yet. They always sell out fast on Fridays. I'd like it I'd there were more meat-itarian options. Otherwise, great place.
