Bidra med feedbackLove the ramen here! And the prawn tempura. We live in QT and this is our fave Japanese restaurant. They have a sushi bar and can also order from the menu. We tried the spicy seafood udon and the chef’s sushi/sashimi platter but found ourselves too full to finish the sushi (after eating ramen). Great selection of food, drinks and sake. Highly recommended.
This Japanese restaurant in the heart of Queenstown is both affordable and delicious. While the menu is simple, it offers a good variety of options. Additionally, they have a sushi bar available during lunch hours. The food was served promptly, and the ramen was particularly outstanding. The gyuoza and chicken karage were also tasty. The service was excellent.
Looking for a lunch place, our last day in Queenstown found this dainty japanese eating nook. Service was quick and our bentos served in a flash. I recommend others to try when in town. NZ Covid 19 protocols were followed.
We were very impressed with the selection of sushi at this restaurant. There were many different types of sushi rolls and nigiri to choose from. We decided to order some sushi and nigiri as appetizers while we waited for our ramen. The sushi was tasty and generously sized. The tonkotsu ramen broth was delicious, but unfortunately the seafood ramen lacked depth, which is why we gave it 4 stars.
Good sushi and sashimi set. Fish is quite fresh and thickly cut. Appears to be Korean run but who cares if the food is good. Portions are good and service is prompt and efficient. We got our meals pretty quickly after ordering. Reasonably priced Japanese restaurant in Queenstown compared to most other places here. It's hard to find a place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg in this tourist town.
