Dunkin' - Queens

I ordered from them through DoorDash, and unfortunately, it wasn't my first experience with missing items and wrong ingredients. When I tried to call and address the issue, the staff was rude.

My entire order was incorrect; not a single donut was right. At first, I found it somewhat amusing, but then I remembered that I had actually paid for it. I couldn't even eat it. They could have at least contacted me to let me know that they couldn't fulfill my order. If I had known, I would have requested a refund.

Go to any Dunkin in nyc just not this one! This location is a block away from me I’ve ordered about 3 times. 2 times my order was completely wrong. The 3rd time we bought 1/2 dozen donuts only for 2 of them being absolutely rotten they looked fine but when my sister bit into it she threw up immediately somebody call the health department on this store!

I waited for 8 minutes without anyone around, and it seemed like there were no staff present.

They're friendly but half the time the mobile order is wrong. They're also out of things like all the time. Go to Starbucks
