Boston Market - Queens

Extremely rude I called her about a billing problem (they took my money, although the order was not processed) today in the afternoon and she literally hanged on my call for three times straight. do not even try to help literally speechless on the problem. I guess the worker doesn't care about customers.

This was the first time I went to purchase anything at this Fresh Meadow’s location. I was highly disappointed to learn that this location doesn’t carry any Turkey breast until Thanksgiving. So, if you are looking to purchase this item don’t waste your time at this location. Honestly, it is the first Boston Market (that I have attended) that doesn’t carry Turkey other than during ThanksgivingParking: I was able to find parking

There was a new server the other night and he was fast and accurate in his work. He got me in and out, in under 10 minutes.Kid-friendliness: There are kid options on the menu.Parking: Located outside a shopping mall parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors were easy to open, which would make it wheelchair operator friendly.

On 10/24/22 at 4pm was forced to leave after standing at the register to pay for my order for approx. 5 min. Two employees, older woman with blond hair and younger Indian/ middle eastern woman early 20’s with black hair did not tend to the register after seeing me standing there. I asked for some to tend to the register and everyone acted like it wasn’t there job and did not engage me. Left and went somewhere else. If management wants to know who thr incompetents are, check the tape.

Nice and friendly service. Food is always consistent. What I don't like is that some sides now have an additional charge of $1-$2 more, and the cornbread is thin and pretty tasteless. They have new food items on the menu I'm hoping to try in the future.
