They ddint let me use my coupon barcode that I had on the app and continue to say we cant and I said, can u at least try to scan it and reject it. Awesome costume service

They did not have the Midnite Dark coffee during rush hour on a Wed evening...really?! Then the coffee spilled all over the place while driving back to work which was only a 7 min drive from the establishment, because it was over filled. Pic attached.

Literally the worst Shake I've ever had. I cannot believe how bad it was- I cannot tell if they added ice, or as per my family who got ice cream and had majority freezer burn, if it's freezer burn. Never again.

After being informed that they would not warm my coffee roll in the toaster oven (which has been done in the past), I asked for it to-go. No one packed it. Instead the cashier was rude and asked for the next customer while I was in the middle of deciding which other donuts to purchase for my friends who were on the way when she so rudely asked for the person behind me. Someone else came in behind her to give me the donut and I decided not to give this location additional business. I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated and strongly suggest that this person have someone teach them about customer service. I'm headed to Starbucks across the street.

Went in for an ice cream and had to return the chocolate flavor it was clearly freezer burned. Texture had turned gummy and it had an inexplicable minty flavor. They exchanged it for another flavor but didn't remove the chocolate tub from the display. Then they gave me a dirty spoon. You know when your toddler says the ice cream tastes bad there is something seriously wrong with it!
