Absolutely not. Some Dunkin's have it together this one does not. The area is shady but inside they just are out of order for real. I only go here in case of emergency.

I'm slightly annoyed as I type this. It's okay, definitely not my preferred place to grab coffee. They are a bit slow and disorganized but the coffee is decent. It's definitely not overcrowded especially during rush hour.

Honestly would help if they understood English in this store I waited 10 minutes in like to ask for a ice cream they were advertising on the window and the guy looked at me with a blank stare

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and paid for it, only to be told they don't have any chocolate, at all.. Well then don't let me pay for a chocolate milkshake if you don't even have it. Wtf?!?!?

Sabrina is by far the rudest employee of Dunkin' donuts company nationwide. I cringe when I have to come and get coffee when she is working. The first time I came here she yelled at me at the top of her lungs in such a rude way that I was frightened. All because I could not hear through her mask and the thick glass between us. When I got my coffee I told her that her customer service needed serious improvement or she needed to find someplace else to work where she isn't having to be rude and nasty. After this I tried to not to get coffee from Dunkin' and go somewhere else. I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts coffee so I came back and though she didn't yell she would be uncomfortably rude smacking her lips at everyone who didn't order at the speed of lightening. I am done with this place she refuses to get my order right and LIES about what they have even tho I see what I want RIGHT behind the counter!
