Moreno's Mexican Grill - Queen Creek

I grew up and graduated out in San Tan Valley, and this was my first job as a waitress when I was 16 years old almost 15 years ago! I find myself every so often looking up Morenos to see if there are any new locations closer to the West Valley since I’ve moved way further out towards Surprise now…. Reason being is that I crave and still can taste the deliciousness from my time working with them back then and it is THE BEST hands down!! There is so many great choices it would definitely be hard to get all your cravings out of this place in one sitting! The crispy tacos are so good, the bean dip that comes with the chips is amazing and not like anything I’ve tasted as far as the perfect consistency goes. The Sonoran hot dog is unique and very tasty a must try for sure! My absolute favorite was the chicken fajita burrito so juicy and creamy my mouth is watering now! I also loved their mini chimis; which was really good with every possible sauce you could put with it. Their sour cream, their guacamole, and don’t get me started on their cream cheese dip! Soooo yummy!! They have huge Super Nachos with all the fixings and I also recommend trying their spinach cheese sauce on anything and everything because it goes great on anything and everything!! I love this restaurant so much; besides the food being able to speak for itself the restaurant is small and intimate here. There is a very welcoming vibe and ambience and if you have the pleasure of being served you will never forget the wonderful service you receive from long tenured employees like Myrna, or even the owners themselves like Martina and her husband or even their daughters at times!10/10 recommend! If you are looking for a place to eat and craving Mexican this is the place to go! (I know this review is out of the blue, but was just thinking of you guys and because I could taste the cuisine through the photos I just had to share!!! Kid friendliness: Family oriented/ atmosphere!

When I came to Moreno's I was hoping for some semi decent Mexican food. What I got was so much more. We got enchiladas and fajitas, I was pleasantly surprised at the authenticity of the food and will definitely be back.
