Bidra med feedbackBest meal I had in Quebec City. The service was great, excellent food and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend: I order the three course meal: began with tomatoes, pears, basil, balsamic vinegar, feta salad. Next garden salad with cukes, tomatoes, carrots with yogurt vinegar sauce. Main was pork risotto with mustard and sweet pickles. Outstanding wines list of by glasses and tens by bottles: I had by glass: Rhone Mourvèdre; white Bordeaux and Rhone Villages GSM. The tables to left and to the right of me both enjoyed crème brûlée desserts. Mature male server who has worked there for seven years was all knowing, efficient and effective
Lovely atmosphere and beautifully prepared food with professional service. This was our second dinner here and we were not disappointed! We will definitely make a point to return on our next trip to Quebec.
I believe that this a great restaurant as long as you are not a large group.
Classic French restaurant in the Canadian center of French culture. Busy, somewhat crowded restaurant with outdoor seating as well. The menu is a joy for those who want a dinner with large portions and excellent sauces. My wife decided to go with the set meal and started with pan-fried Foie Gras. (Yes, we sympathize with the movement to stop the production of foie gras, but we gave in). I, too picked the Foie Gras. Served with a red wine sauce. Absolutely fantastic. My wife then got a small bowl of soup. Delicious. For the main course, my wife chose the veal chop stuffed with sausage in a white sauce. Delicious but part of the chop was very tough. For my main I had pan-fried veal sweetbreads, one of my favorite classic French meals. Here it was served in a reduced red wine sauce. While I prefer fixing sweetbreads in a cream-based white wine sauce, the Graffiti preparation was as good as it gets. My wife finished her meal with a maple tort. Again, delicious. Extensive wine list (as expected). We chose a Haut Medoc that was that matched our meal perfectly. Good service, friendly staff. When and if Michelin finally gets around to rating Quebec City restaurants, I’d vote for 2 Michelin stars for La Graffiti.
