Guacamole y Tequila - Québec

I took a chance and ordered delivery from this restaurant. Let's see, no chips with my appetizer (even though it said there was supposed to be). I found a bone in one of the tacos. The mole was just depressing, I could have done a...better job at making one. All in all it was quite the disappointment and anyone that loves Mexican food, will not be singing the songs of guacamole y tequila. I sure won't be.

Eight of us went to the restaurant that evening. We arrived early at 5:30pm and found that the restaurant was nearly empty. We started with a Tequila, as they had a wide variety, and the bartender helped us choose. However, after 25 minutes only guacamole and two other starters had arrived. Another 20 minutes passed before they informed me that the Ceviche I had ordered was no longer available. After another 40 minutes, we still had not received anything else. I expressed my frustration, and after an additional 10 minutes, our main dishes finally arrived. By that time, we were very upset as we were quite hungry. Additionally, my tequila shrimp dish did not taste good as the shrimp were overcooked and the sauce was not to my liking. I informed the waitress, who apologized profusely and offered me a Margherita, which I had drunk previously. Despite the issue with my dish, the other plates were good. Unfortunately, when we received the bill, the waitress did not offer the drink as promised but instead provided a $3 reduction. Although I was not pleased with the experience that evening, I would consider giving them another chance, especially for their delicious guacamole. I hope that the kitchen staff will be more attentive in the future and that the service will improve.

Menu is interesting for vegan people. It is tasty. However, portion of beans specially is quite small. Service is good and people knows their food.

The food was fresh and tasty. The Service was excellent aswell. Prices are OK for lunch, they have good promotion every day. The decor is nice and the bathrooms are clean. The pork tacos were delicious with the sauces and guacamole. Only bad point was...the rice, it was simple with corn but It did not seems as fresh as the tacos, probably done the day before and warmed-up, we could tasted it.Anyway I was already full so not a big deal at all. Other then that the food was very good. I would go back anytime when Im in town.

While we were in sherbrooke, we ordered the exit from this restaurant and were happy that we did. the food was really good and the portions were right. if we picked up our food, we could see the settings, and we thought that this would be nicer place to come back when the pandemic is over. the location is really beautiful and gives a good mood.
