While driving nearby, I suddenly had a craving for soba noodles... I searched and found this place. I was a bit hesitant halfway there, wondering if it would be any good. It turned out to be a great choice! The atmosphere was very nice, and the soba noodles were delicious. I regret not trying the chiffon cake, so I definitely want to go back to try it next time. I will visit again.
A hidden gem of a 100% buckwheat soba restaurant tucked away in a residential area. It took about an hour and a half from where I live, but I definitely want to go back again. I heard the new soba season starts in October, so I'm planning to go again during that time. Thank you for the delicious meal!
久しぶりに伺ってみました。 日曜日の13:00はピークを過ぎたのか 先客は１組だけでした。 オーダーして 景色などを眺めて待つ事しばし、透明感のある美味ししそうな蕎麦と天ぷらが登場！ やはり 美味いね 良いね また来ます。 【以下は過去】 泉崎 昌建寺の桜を見て 昼食にと検索したら 食菜工房えんが近かったので寄ってみました。 まさか喜多方 山都の寒ざらし蕎麦をここで頂けるとは！ 思いも寄りませんでした。 透明感のある、本物の蕎麦が ここに有ります。 一日 限定40食との事 大変 美味しく頂きました 小上がりテーブル 3卓と小さなカウンター3席と言う こじんまりとした住宅街の中にある一見普通の住宅に見えるお店です。 店主も、奥様も ゆるゆるっと仕事されてますので、ゆっくりとくつろげる雰囲気です。
