Mazatlan - Puyallup

I've been visiting Mazatlan Restaurants for many years. The staff, from the hostesses to the owners, are always warm and welcoming. We've celebrated numerous special occasions there, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience for everyone, from children to great-grandparents. The food is excellent, offering a variety that caters to the whole family. I would also strongly recommend the Sunday brunch—my kids absolutely love it!

The service at this restaurant is exceptional, and the food is consistently fresh, hot, and served quickly. As a caregiver for adults with developmental disabilities, I've always found the staff to be incredibly patient and kind, no matter who I'm dining with. They are attentive to questions, accommodate special requests, and ensure my drinks are always filled without making me feel rushed or overlooked. I've been a regular for over 12 years and have always been satisfied with my experiences. While I can't comment on others' occasional negative reviews, it seems to me that some individuals may simply be hard to please. Professional food critics typically reserve their reviews for multiple experiences, but I can confidently say I've had nothing but positive visits here.

I had the chalupa for lunch yesterday, and it was fantastic! The chicken was incredible—much better than I expected, as I thought it might be greasy, but it was not at all. The service was excellent too.
