Dunkin' - Punta Gorda

Stood in line watching 2 gentleman in front of me waiting for 10min before they walked out. I then proceeded to wait an additional 10min before asking if we would be helped anytime soon an just got ignored completely. Yet, the employees are playing around ignoring the line of ppl at the counter, saying they're really busy. How do yall make it Monday through Friday when it's really busy??? Terrible.

Flew thur the drive thur .picked up 2 bacon egg and cheese on a Croissant .with delicious hash brown rounds. And a try tea.Everything was excellent service was fast and efficient.Will definitely go here to this particular dunkin donuts again.Parking: Plenty of roomy parking availableWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking of all types available

I hate to give this place a bad review. I don’t think they’re bad people but the coffee sucks.

Made an order thru door dash. My sandwich was not even made. My drink was supposed to be iced but was not and half full upon delivery. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times but to no avail. I hate to say it, but this restaurant has gone completely downhill within the last few years. And my family and I will not be coming back.
