Bidra med feedbackBEWARE! Stay away. Calls go into an overseas call center. They screwed up my order. Guy hardly spoke English. Pizza was delivered somewhere else. Manager said we do not take calls here anymore. Plenty of Pizza places around with much lessAggrevation
We ordered the chicken habanero sub, it was not as good this time. Very little ingredients this time. Disappointing as the last time is was delicious. Pizza was great though.
I typically order online and pick it up, and my orders are always correct, even when I specify exactly how I want my pizza(s). The staff is consistently friendly when I arrive for pickup. I've also tried delivery once, and the service was just as pleasant. Thank you, Domino's!
One of the best Domino's Pizza locations I've been to! Our pizza was fantastic, with perfectly crisp pepperoni and baked to perfection.
The pizza is decent, but their delivery options are frustrating. This restaurant refuses to deliver to the Charlotte Ranchettes, a neighborhood measuring 3 miles by 0.5 miles and located just 5.5 miles from the restaurant. This area is filled with working-class families who could be regular customers. They used to offer delivery there, but now they don't. Their excuse is "poor roads," but that doesn’t add up since they won't even deliver to the paved bus stop at Alfred and Jones Loop or to the 7-Eleven at Jones Loop and Piper, which is only 4 miles away. As Dave Ramsey would put it, this business decision is "foolish." To make matters worse, their attitude about this decision is unapologetically rude. It leads me to believe that whoever made this call is either misguided or simply uninterested in making money.
