Everything in this hotel was upstairs. The entertainment team really invested to make everyone happy and planned everything to be perfect. The evening shows were like Cirque De Soliel, the day entertainment was great! Outside: Bobby and Carina! These are the nicest, people so on earth and always smile and make sure that guests are always happy. The hotel grounds, we are all well maintained and the guest service team, does everything to make your stay perfect. I recommend the application! Reserve all your dinner reservations in advance! The app comes handy to know what happens in the hotel, the connection with the guests services! The food was the top of the line!

Such an amazing experience! I felt so welcome throughout my stay. The staff is so courteous especially Madelyn. She's absolutely incredible! So friendly and professional. Yirandy Sara were also amazing. So attentive and overall only really great. I'd rate 6 stars if I could! I will definitely come back and recommend to the family and my friends.

Juan and Santa gave us an excellent service. Very warm and ready to have great conversations and always ready to help with a smile. You made our stay so much better. Not only have good English and Spanish, but teach us more Spanish and treat us like family! Both Juan and Santa gave 5 star service. The staff at the restaurant Limbo were also very excellent and spoke very well English and Spanish and gave us really amazing service. For the rooms, ventilation helps much for the laundry area. In addition, a general tour of the resort would have helped us very much if we were here first, it would have saved us a lot of time to look for things and constantly review the map. A quick explanation of how to use the app to book our reservations for restaurants would have been so much time saved and very comfortable, we just found out after asking a day after our arrival. To find out later how to book restaurants, we missed our dinner in the first night on arrival and lost a night of stay. Most employees were very friendly and willing to help.

Awesome party last night! We danced in the rain and jumped in the pool. It was so much fun, fun, fun!!! Awesome resort! I will for sure come back here again. The staff are beautiful people. Love all around! :

Wonderful experience, nice rooms, great and friendly staff. The buffet was ridiculously good with different varieties every day. The pool was lovely and met new people every day. Swim up bar was particularly convenient. Short 10 minute walk to the beach but there is a trolley that comes quite regularly you could hop on. Overall I'd recommend to anyone who's coming out to Punta Cana
