Bidra med feedbackI ordered to Philly Cheese Steaks with light peppers and light onions. One of my subs had no peppers and no onions it was just plain. I wasn’t going to complain and I was just going to eat the plain sub but when I got half way through the sub it had a very long hair in it. I called to ask if I could get a replacement tomorrow and I was told that it could only be replaced if it hadn’t been touch. I understand people make mistakes that why I was still just going to eat it. but A HAIR IS VERY UNSANITARY AND that type of mistake should always be fixed!!
The food wasn't that good especially for the price. I've been there a few times and it honestly just isn't worth the cost, it's too high. The staff is alright although they haven't gotten my order right yet. The odd thing is I always walk in and order, and they still get it wrong. The restaurant itself is so cozy and with a little effort would be very romantic. It's always extremely clean nice and quiet.Parking: They hardly have any parking and what they do have is on the street parkingKid-friendliness: Although children are welcome There's nothing to entertain themWheelchair accessibility: They have maybe 2 spots for handicap. The restaurant itself is wheelchair accessible
I hope they have a new cook. My cheeseburger sub was dry and almost burnt black. They sent this order out like this! I wanted a 50% discount on my next order. They refused. The message was relayed to me that 10% was the best they could do.Most places would have volunteered to replace the food free of charge; so much for good business ethics. They lost a good customer.Vegetarian options: Salads ?Dietary restrictions: Some of the subs may have a lower saturated fat content.Parking: Limited parkingKid-friendliness: I haven't seen anything that would imply it's kid friendly. ? Perhaps, they have something on hand for them. As far as booster seats or anything like that, I haven't seen it, either. Seating is limited and I think most ppl do pick up or maybe place delivery orders.Wheelchair accessibility: Sadly, it's not wheelchair accessible.
I arrived at the Jackson Park Inn last night to find the hotel restaurant was closed. The front desk recommended Tuscano Pizza since they deliver. The spaghetti and meatballs, side salad, and garlic bread were a wonderful option. A pleasant and courteous young lady delivered the food in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to the staff for the great food and quick delivery. Thumbs up to the hotel staff for the recommendation.
Extremely disappointing that they don't understand extra sauce. I never get it on the pizza When I ask for it and I never get it on the side when I ask for it. And when delivered there is noting u can do about it.
