Nice and refreshing option for vegans in Los Lagos region. Lenteja Local 's motto translate to 'The only thing you kill is hunger ' (lo único que matas es el hambre). Which indeed it brought a smile in our face when we read it the first time. The menu is quite well adapted to the Chilean cousine to the vegan world. From a daily soup option to burgers and sandwiches. And not to forget the jewel of the place, a kind of alfajor that it is extremely jummy. If you pass by Puerto Varas or any other city around, you should stop by Lenteja Loca for lunch or early dinner.

Wow!!! I’m a Nomad Nurse backpack all over the globe. As a vegetarian I struggle to find alternatives for meat free, especially when travelling. The food is usually dry and hideous. But this unique cafe food is fantastic! Delicious burgers sausages.. all VEGAN the heavenly chocolate pillows too!!! Yummy!! 5 Also staff speak fluent Spanish English, so great to recommend places to visit their ethos

Best vegan burger I have had! Packed full of flavour and really juicy. Great milkshakes. The setting is very welcoming as are the staff. Well worth a visit.

We arrived to this rather off center tiny restaurant after hitchhiking with a couple from the states who recommended us this vegan oasis. Cheap prices and super delicious fully vegan burgers and drinks, 100% home made and run by a lovely couple who obviously put a lot of passion into their business. They both speak English and Spanish.
