Bidra med feedbackThey are rude. the owner said his name was luis. also he flashed his sleeved or trapped sleeves or collar or tattoo to me I couldn't understand what he was trying to say when he hit his arm. I called the phone, they said 15 minutes. but when I came there, they were nowhere near my order and did not even start my order when I arrived 15 minutes later. as they told me they said it would be another 8 minutes and then a hired man approached me while he opened his apron and said if they were ordered and paid on the phone, then it would be ready if they picked it up. they did not offer me this option, and they did not let me know that if I paid, I could pick it up faster than they said. they said it was ready in 15 minutes and it wasn't. as a small business owner here in pueblo I can tell them that they are terrible, they never go to habaneros again. as a footnote I always understand that the companies have this small hiccups where they have, they need to push back some commands that are very appreciated when they are honest and simply said.
I absolutely loved my dinner here. I have the colorado burrito and the Habanero riders. the burrito was very good in comparison to other restaurants, but the pommes were some of the best I ever had. service is fast and friendly. I also have roasted ice and horchata. Of course, that should go ice.
Once was enough for me. I ordered a single burrito. the tortilla was huge, the filling was cold and tasty. it was terrible! I don't know how this restaurant is still in business, let alone getting good reviews.
Always consistently great food, and at reasonable prices. Fast service. Clean place. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable.
Truly authentic food and a wide variety available. Staff were friendly and offered recommendations for me the guy who was never there before . I will return..
