First time going to Shoots. Mt daughter wanted to go there for her birthday. It was good. We will be going back! This was one of my favorites chinnese restaurant but the last few times the food quality is soo bad. No anymore today was the last time i went there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was subpar, I liked the water tho. Vibe was chill and I learned what a Chinese pancake is... didn't like that either

We had a date night and ordered take out. It was going to be several minutes, so we decided to walk around. While out the power to the entire Riverwoods went out. Nervous we weren't going to be able to get our food or anything we headed back. The cooks prepared our order still, in the dark and via flashlights. The service staff packed our stuff and provided such an excellent level of service, particularly during a bit of a panic for them. The team here was excellent. The service was also above expectation.
