Bidra med feedbackIt sounds like they have a hard time to care for people so their hours are strange. I went there the afternoon and got a great service! the kerl who took our order has the good certificate they had on the tresor, actually directed at the table and helped us to save some money on our meals, which was super nice of him. then, when he rang it up, he forgot a 4 piece, and we didn't notice it not to have it and told him that he shouldn't recharge us or give us, but he gave it to us for free! we even discovered that ice was from her drink machine and one of the workers gave us a cup of ice and then worked on filling the machine. we got a great costume service and the food was also good. Oh, I should mention that they should probably squeeze their window wall in the dining area because it had a lot of water stripes.
Just a short note because the workers cannot update it, this online thing that this location is only open from 10AM-5PM. If they want to rely on this time, they will opt for an ORDER call. when they have used the app, they go to the customer service settings and apply for a refund. if they have made it online or not logged in, they must call the arby call center and give them their information so that they can get their money back.
It was warmly welcomed in the dining room as it was opened by the administration. they helped me take my order and then checked throughout my time in the restaurant to make sure everything was on place. it is Arby’s so that the bar is quite low, but they can say that the employees actually take care of customer satisfaction and ensure that it is a good experience.
Bathroom was out of order. Customer service was friendly and greeted me quickly. Orange shake was cold and smooth and tasted good.
I've tried bringing my wife here for milkshakes. When we tried to order them, we were told that the milkshake machine was broken or something, so we couldn't get any. I've just avoided this location and gone to the one in Orem instead. That one is much better.
