Bidra med feedbackWent here for lunch yesterday. It was delicious. Very similar concept to the VShops that was in Miami a few years before this opened. I’m excited to be so close! Settled on New Burger after looking around but can’t wait to try the crest your bowl place!!
Food was great we were sitting outside so only could choose from the New Burger menu. There are apparently 3 restaurants in 1 with different menus (others include Mexican and Italian). It was lovely looking out on the water while dining on a hot summer night. Had the truffle burger, the mushrooms were a little tough but the beet ketchup that came with the fries was pretty out of this world! Tried some of my friend's kale quinoa salad which was absolutely delicious!! Service was friendly.
Let me begin by saying I’m neither vegan nor vegetarian. The thought of fake meat has never appealed to me.. but when I’m Rome.,as they say. Well our waiter at Plant City assured me that the PC Ruben would taste as good as a “real” Ruben and truth be told it was as good as any Ruben I’ve had.
Plant city is one of my favorite places in Providence. I am not vegan but I really enjoy all the food and drinks they make. I love their matcha lattes coffee. I have been to many coffee shops but they make the best matcha lattes. I love wild mushroom sandwich, so good and their salads are very delicious. The staff is always super friendly.
We had tried other vegan places recently and decided to make a reservation at this place after driving past it a couple of times. We reserved at the 'New Burger ' section. When we arrived, there was little to no parking. Luckily, one of the handicap spaces was available up the street, and since I am handicap, we parked there. However, I will state here that if it were not for that available space, I would have kept driving past yet again as I cannot walk too far and there was a total lack of parking overall. After being seated, we had to wait almost 15 minutes for our waitress to finally acknowledge our table. We placed our orders, and I had the 'Truffle ' burger while my husband had the 'Barbeque ' burger, and we shared an order of onion rings. All the food was delicious. We ordered the 'Churros and Chocolate ' for dessert, and unfortunately, that took too long, as the waitress finally explained, that they only had two fryers for all the sections. Those were decent, nothing to write home about. Overall, the food was rather tasty, and we hope to try the other sections soon.
