Pizza Queen - Providence

Terrible. Waited 15 minutes after paying on slice to learn they’re too busy to honor my purchase. $40 pending, just no food to make it worth it. Why offer online orders if you can’t provide? I would have ordered from one of the places I know to be good. I’ll get my $40 back in my account I’m sure in a few days.. would have preferred the pizza when I ordered. I provided a photo of the empty space my order would have occupied if these guys could handle wings and a cheese pizza on Thursday afternoon.. peak hours

I would give this place no stars if I could. The manager of this store is incredibly rude and has no sense of how to run a business. I ordered a pizza and soup to be delivered for my boyfriend's lunch break for it to only be delivered to the wrong address. When I called the manager to let him know I received an email saying that my food was delivered and that nothing was left at my door, he gave me an attitude and decided yelling was the only way to communicate with me. He told me since the food was delivered that he would not give me a refund. He insisted that it was delivered to my address even though I told him countless times that I received nothing and that I have cameras outside of my house to show that no one came by. After going back and forth for almost 30mins with the manager and the driver (who was also rude), the driver confirmed that he left the food at the wrong address. I'm seeing other reviews say that the people in the shop are rude. I thought it was just me that he decided to be rude to but seeing as how they are like this to a lot of people just proves that they don't deserve business. I've ordered from here before but I've never had to talk to the manager and after doing so one time, I will never do business with them again!

45$ for a microwaved cheeseburger w cold soggy fries and a Buffalo chicken calzone (which was decent) delivered 10 minutes down the road. Way too pricey for the quality

It is literally no seasoned. No salt at all. I think the cook forgot to put the salt on the pasta

Terrible customer service they delivered the wrong pizza to my house and when I called them back they didn’t want to give me another one because I touched the wrong pizza they gave me already !!! I called back and they hung up on me sayin “we’re done here” after they asked me if I ate the pizza .
