The new location feels like it’s right out Paris right down to the adorable “Boulevard de Buerre” sign.The croissants are absolutely delicious. We tried: the Classic the Dainty Pig (Proscuitto Gouda) Choco Almond FilledAll of them were a beautiful combo of flaky, buttery light and airy perfection. You can really tell the care and love that has gone into baking each one of these croissants.I would highly recommend jumping on that mailing or wait list asap! I am OBSESSED with the Bang Bar croissant bread pudding, never had anything like it. Also had a butter croissant with some chicken pâté from nicks on broadway.. heavenly

I feel like I don’t even need to leave a reasoning for my review because at the moment there are 126 5 star reviews for Brian’s bake! Have you ever seen anything like that? ! This is one of Rhode Island’s absolute best’s! Extremely special treat if you can get your hands on some. I’m obsessed and show all my friends !

We finally made it off the waitlist! We tried most of the croissants off the menu, my favorite was the everything croissant with cream cheese, but all of them were outstanding! The best croissants I’ve had in New England. The proprietor was friendly and knowledgeable and the new spot in Pawtucket is walkable from our place, which is an added bonus. Looking forward to our next visit.
