Minerva's Pizza House

The facility closed down without telling their customers . We ordered a pizza online and waited for them to deliver. After 30mins we called them to find out where the pizza was and there was no answer. We then went to Minerva and was surprised because there was no one there. The place was closed essentially abandoned. I think it’s very unprofessional of a business to do this if you know that you are no longer going to be in business and you need to shut down your website and also close down your Google account to ensure that no one is deceived and make purchases online. :

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Spent 50$ and their delivery driver said that they delivered the food but they didn’t. A woman hung up on me twice when I was trying to rectify it, told me to call door dash but I couldn’t because they deliver their own food. I’m out 50$ and have to fight with door dash. She didn’t offer to send the food when she clearly knows her delivery driver left my food at some random house, didn’t offer to assist in any way.

I called to order a pizza and within 20 minutes it was already there. Fast service and the pizza was very delicious. I had the spinach one, recommended.

Staff are pretty nice and friendly here. Food is great, basically my go to place when I don't want to cook and don't want to think too hard about what to eat.
