Carlucci's Italian Grill West Windsor

We had an event on their closed in patio. The food was amazing and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. The fried calamari was excellent, very light and not chewy. I had the shrimp and chicken pasta, perfectly cooked and tasty. The only reason for 4 stars for atmosphere was the closed in patio was how other guests got to the outdoor patio area. This would not be an issue for normal dining, but slightly awkward for an event. Definitely no reason to deter anyone from dining at this awesome establishment.

Great neighborhood italian restaurant! More than a pizza joint with a full menu. This is a proper white cloth Italian spot. I had the seafood fradiavlo and it had the yummiest seafood flavor. Good portion of food. The little fried balls are risotto stuffed with mozzarella to die for! Arancini for the uninitiated. The other cheese dish is ravioli Bellini and delicious. Other reviews said bad service, but ours was amazing.

Absolutely fantastic experience, great atmosphere and delicious food. Our waiter was fantastic and the staff really take pride in what they do. The chicken zizi was an affordable price and came with a large plate of food. I was surprised to see we only spent about 70 bucks including tip for two people. This includes two large entrees, soup and desert. Would highly recommend

This was one of our favorite Italian restaurants. Sad to say that we cannot count it as one, any longer. Ordered vegetarian entrees for takeout and found chicken in in the pasta primavera. This is not the first time. We've let it go before. Ruined our Christmas Eve Lunch. Called the owner David and he apologized and processed a refund for the entree and the puffy garlic bread (which actually is complimentary in the restaurant but we were charged for it). The point is this restaurant management and staff, don't really care for the 5-10% vegetarians that go to this place. I've seen other reviews where people had meat/chicken in their vegetarian dish. Easy enough to apologize and give a refund rather than to train the staff properly and ensure that vegetarian customers are given the correct order.

First time here. Atmosphere was nice , outside sitting is also nice with plenty of shade. BYOB Food was good. Service was a little slow though. Prices are pretty good. If your into pizza , I?d rate there?s as average. It was good but not over the top. And next time I?d get it well done. Overall it?s a good place.
