Rojo's Roastery - Princeton

Best Coffee Shop in Princeton. For the life of me like, I cannot understand why so many people go to this *other* coffee shop in the city and get inferior coffee for higher prices and are forced to pay only cash. I love coffee at Rojos, the vibe, the staff and the music. Very recommended.

One of the original top notch Jersey coffee Roaster Cafes. Out of the way of traffic (both vehicular and foot) but worth the detour! Love the working roastery vibe— replete with rolling Rubbermaid 50-gallon green coffee storage and propane forklift.

This tiny coffeeshop is all about coffee, not much more. The roasts are solid with rotating beans, and fairly standard offerings. While there are a few tables tucked in the corner, It's mostly a takeout joint, and why not being across the street from Palmer Square.

They even provide oat milk for those who prefer it. If you're looking to purchase additional items like coffee machines or grinders, you'll find those here as well. The food options are top-notch, featuring high-quality, organic brands like muffins, yogurt, and chocolates. The café is small but cozy, with comfortable benches and tables inside.
