Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Princeton

This is one of those locations where you get great food or mediocre food. Hitting it right at noon or around 4pm seems to be the best time to get great food. I have had my issues with this location in the past like very slow service, especially on hot days in the summer they make blizzards so slow. I have also had issues in the past with having my order lost. Another thing to note the main manager of this place is terrible with customer service. In the past I lost 45 minutes of my life waiting for 8 blizzards not to mention the person in front of us trying to get 2. All the woman did was apologize for the inconvenience which does not help the issue of I wasted a lot of time. Sometimes partial refunds or in store credit hand outs are needed this was one of those cases.Parking: This is the worst lay out for a parking lot ever but if you don't mind the walk you got coborns and another off shoot lot that's attached it's dumb

They were very busy and understaffed on a bustling Friday night, but they did a good job. Someone who got there ahead of us was upset because we got our food first, but I'm sure our order was ahead of theirs on the board because we ordered ahead online, and then walked there. I thought they were doing just fine.

We had a large group. $130 ticket. Savannah and the crew were ROCKING it. No confusion. Extremely Quick. Friendly. Great food. Clean restaurant. Great experience.

Extremely cold inside, had to keep our coats on while we ate and the food wasn't hot like it should be when it's freshly made. Not the typical experience we've had going there.
