Cadillac Ranch - Princeton

Last Sunday, my friend and I visited this restaurant to catch the big Super Bowl game. It’s a great spot for women to relax without being disturbed by rowdy and rude men. We arrived early and appreciated that it wasn’t too crowded at that time. I really liked the mix of regular tables and taller bar-style seating. The U-shaped bar was fantastic, offering plenty of room to sit comfortably. They also have two pool tables, which is a nice touch. The place was spotless, and I enjoyed the music playing before the game started. The drinks were exceptional and reasonably priced! Once the game began, they turned off the music so we could focus on the TV. We didn’t order any pizza this time, but I definitely want to try it during our next visit. After the halftime show, the bar area filled up with everyone enjoying the game. I’ll definitely be back to watch the Cubs play!

I can’t see myself returning to this place again. It could have been amusing in a quirky way, but it turned out to be quite a painful experience. The drinks were terrible, and none of my group liked what they ordered. What do you call a bar that’s an unimaginable number of steps below a dive bar? If that’s what you’re into, then Cadillac Ranch might feel like home for you.

We visited this restaurant on July 4th during a monsoon, and it was an amazing experience! We arrived on motorcycles, completely soaked, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They hung our wet coats over fans to help dry them. We couldn't have asked for a better place to be, and we give it 5 stars! We'll definitely return whenever we're in Princeton.
