Tim Hortons - Prince George

I tried to get a crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap, they didn’t have any bacon so I ordered a turkey bacon club and when I got home to eat I find they’ve put maple bacon witch completely ruins the taste of my sandwich but this is the 11 time this has happened to me

Missing items, and cold food. Nobody pays attention to the order screens I swear. Terrible attitude from drive thru employee also

Teach them math, they don't know how to count change and this is the 4th time...

As someone who has managed staff before, I was very impressed with the service I received from Brooklyn. I was greeted with a big smile and enthusiasm. She read back my order to make sure she got it right. And then prepared my order quickly without sacrificing quality. As I continued to observe from my seat, she was easily the most productive staff member during my visit. I wasn't impressed with my breakfast wrap. It wasn't inedible but it wasn't good either. The stars are all for Brooklyn. I was impressed.

Staff was very kind and friendly with our kids. Clean, spacious and fast service. Outdoor tables and nice and cold inside with lots of parking spots. There is drive thru as well.
