Bidra med feedbackTaste is good but missing items when order through Skip the Dishes. Ordered two days in a row this week for work lunch and both times items were missing. Yesterday was chicken and today roasted broccoli. Really missed those items in my salad! Please be more careful, I depend on you for my meal.
Holy Batman that's a lot of rice, haven't been here in a while and the rice to salad ratio has really gone to the rice side. Feels like the amount of chicken has gone down as well. Still a good meal and the dressings are great, but if they go any further they'll have a tough time marketing themselves as a salad joint
I absolutely love The Chopped Leaf. Every item I have ordered from their menu has tasted fresh and have been of high quality. The wraps are wrapped very securely as well, so them falling apart on you is pretty rare. ? And for anyone wondering if the falafels are worth it, they totally are. They are delightful!
I ordered a salad with avocado and salmon through Skip the Dishes and it arrived with no avocado and no salmon ... by the time I got it Chopped Leave was closed for the night but the girls felt so bad one of them personally delivered a new huge salad with I'm pretty sure double the amount of salmon it was supposed to have personally to my hotel room. Best customer service I think I've ever received. Thank you to the woman who took time at the end of her shift to come bring me my dinner!
I ordered from them on skip, twice in the last week or so. The first time I did not receive the additions I paid for. The second time I received the complete wrong order, but made with some of the modifications I asked for. When I called for help they saidskip would refund me (for them making my order wrong? . To which, yes, skip did refund me, but only for the portion of the orderthat was wrong. Which means I still was left out 50% of my money for the delivery fees and tips etc for a meal I inevitably hadto throw out. I just wanted a replacement and was willing to go get it myself. Did not feel like spending an additional 10 infees to re-order. The manager wouldn't even come on the phone with me to tell me this, after the staff had asked them to takethe call.
