Fire 451 Craft Pizza Donair

Took 1.5 hours for delivery and arrived cold. Had to warm up our pizza donair. I don't mind waiting, but I expect it to be warm (I understand expecting it to be hot is a stretch).

I ordered two pizza's and they forgot one and the one they sent was cold and and I must say not very

I have ordered donairs here multiple times and always good. but tonight was a total loss! not impressed at all. the pita itself that comes with the donair was so hard I could use my knuckles to knock on it and it sounded like I was knocking on a door!! so after paying the driver a 10$ tip on a 31$ or order and I I can't have a regular donair with the wrap is pretty ignorant because there's no way that the person making it can send sh#t like that out to a customer that orders often is not cool and there's no way he can't tell when a wrap is hard a a rock and still sends it out on delivery. pure ignorance!!!!!! I called told the guy and he acted like he didn't understand me and I got tired of repeating myself and hung up. nobody called back either. the pizza b4 this. donair pizza...I wasn't gonnaa say anything but the meat amount on a donair pizza is sad! I get more in a donair alone and so i thought it would be the same but by far it wasn't! no impressed! 41$ including a 11$ tip to the driver and left with toppings and no wrap. I'll give yah. 1/5 for last 2 deliveries. b4 these last 2 I gave them a 5/5!

Just tried this place for the first time and we were very impressed. The Black Velvet with pulled pork was my favorite and they were very generous with the toppings. It is on the sweet side so just a heads up. We also had the Hawaiian and it had nice big pieces of ham but could use a bit more pineapple. All in all, I highly recommend this place, super friendly staff, and I will definitely stop in again to try out more of the menu

Took an hour and a half for delivery. Worth the wait.
