Dunkin' - Prince Frederick

I don't understand how this location can be so slow and yet my hot breakfast sandwich is cold. Always cold.

The young man who took my order sounded like he was under the influence. When I received my coffee that I ordered with cream and sugar that I had to wait for was black . I did not notice until I got to work .Instead of repeating my order back to me , the young man kept saying, “Is that all besides that?”

What a horrible experience at Prince Frederick! I waited long time in line and after I drove home and looked at the food there was a mold looking substance in the sandwiches. I asked for a refund and they made me bring it back into the store just to get a refund. I asked them why they’d need me to bring it back in and that it should be thrown away. This place needs to be checked by the health department!

Coffee tasted very strong, found grounds at bottom of cup when I dumped it out. Can’t understand person taking my order (he doesn’t speak clearly, mumbles). Person at window not friendly, no hello or greeting of any kind, she simply stuck her hand out for the money. Ordered from drive through.
