I did not receive my chips, the chicken was undercooked, and the rice was cold. The only good thing was my Radnor splash drink. When I called to explain the issues with my order, I was met with passive-aggressive and hostile behavior on the phone and received no respect at all. Additionally, there was a red hair in my hash browns. Overall, a complete disaster and I will not be ordering from here again.

Since I started working in Preston, I have been eating at this restaurant every day. Everything I have tried has been delicious and very affordable. I highly recommend getting a gammon joint and a cooked chicken to take home for dinner. This place is fantastic!

I have to be honest, the chicken from this restaurant is absolutely delicious, like eating candy floss. However, I recently ordered breakfast from here and will not be doing so again. The bacon was disappointing and not enjoyable.

Absolute waste of money ! Freezing cold ! Rice lumpy, cold tasteless ! Chicken freezing tasteless there was a hair in my chicken !! the driver was half an hour late ! He didn’t call me he just left my food with a random person complete waste of money ! The only thing that was any good was the Diet Pepsi AVOID

Every time I've eaten from here it's been a disappointment in some form. Staff ignore the queue system and just pick people they like the face of to serve next, food seems to be constantly reheated until the texture is no longer recognisable. low quality chicken, heavily overseasoned with salt to try and redeem some flavour. I keep thinking to give them another chance and every time I am disappointed. Better options in the indoor market than from this low quality shop.
