I asked them at 3 locations about the specific nutritional requirements, and at these 3 locations I was promised by the chefs that it was not a problem and they can pay attention. in the 4th opportunity, during the question. the same nutritional requirement, one of the cooks informed me that they have never paid attention to my special nutritional needs and actually laughed at me for thinking that they could care for it, he asked me “can she look at the face of the cook that told them that”. absolutely appalling that this is how they treat their customers. I believe that chefs/catchers owe their customers a carefree requirement. in the Popadom Palace I feel like an arrogant baptism of attentive individuals who think they are about their customers. if there is a thing, I can recommend to anyone who eats here: please not. go somewhere else. I am appalled with their customer service and their food. to the happiness their service is a mind and not all restaurants / take away are like these.
Had a kebab that was terrible and fat. it took forever to serve and to come for eating. service was ok
I order from this restaurant every weekend. The food is beautiful, fantastic, and tasty. It always comes hot and the wait time for my order is shorter compared to other takeaways. I recommend the chicken kebabs and the chips are great. My only complaint is about a particular delivery driver who is unhappy and very rude. I find him odd and he may be Polish. If you don't enjoy your job, find another one.
I ordered dinner tonight and it arrived within 30 minutes. The food was piping hot and all the dishes we ordered were delicious.
The food was delivered to my home quickly and was still hot. I placed the order over the phone and it arrived within 30 minutes. The cheesie nan and pasander were delicious and perfect.
