Beautiful place for families, but not for dizziness; pools only for children, main pool should be reserved for dizzy after 18 clock, but no one accepts that!

Tasty tapas and nice staff. The choice is not very large for a tapas bar, but for a region, where tapas is not common, this is a good thing and does not confuse guests. The staff is friendly and professional.

Nice and very clean. Plenty of sunbeds, they won't allow more poeple in than number of sunbeds so you will get yours for sure. There is availability of good food and drink. The entry price is quite high considering the size of the resort and number of pools.

Coming from Switzerland (where everything is expensive) it feels the prices are really high but the services are not matching up. Pack your healthy food with you! There 's no good restaurant just a self-serve buffet serving unhealthy food. They won 't let you leave for the restaurant next door (photo attached), unless you pay expensive re-entry. The pools were nice and we spent 3,5 hours. The kids features were two slides. 4 adults and 4 kids, 72 eur as well as additional ~60 eur for average (pizza), unhealthy, and expensive food (langos 6 eur).

Okay, other 4star hotel review. Pros: Great beds, Cleanliness Cons: They heavily advertise their wellness centre, it's open for 4 hours only. Also, you can't easily enjoy it without prior reservation. We received information about additional payment of €20 per person to use wellness centre at the reception, haven't see this information prior booking. Their website and internal hotel TV is outdated as it informing about different opening times (4pm to 9pm) and even (3pm to 9pm) during the weekends, and that's the wellness centre is free of charge which is not true. There was no menu in English at their restaurant, the waiter wasn't able to explain in English what in their card. Due to this fact, we didn't taste the food. Despite the cleanliness, they should properly descaled shower heads. The water is running only through some of the holes causing higher pressure and the water is running into different directions. The AllSync from samsung TV is deprecated and not supported since 2020, why are they still recommending it to the customers? Maybe TV software update? I watched things on my laptop instead Probably the best place to stay in the city, but leaving two stars for their attention.
