Starbucks - Prairie Village

Robin has too much attitude and very unfriendly. Starbucks on 4050 w 83rd st has much friendlier staff.

FILTHY. Trash by the front door was so full, it was overflowing. When I informed members of the staff about it, I was told we don 't have anything to do with the trash. ?? How hard is it to grab a trash bag and put on a pair of gloves and at least empty part of the trash so that it 's not overflowing? Most of its just coffee cups. I had to use the restroom before ordering coffee and it was GROSS. I didn 't find out until after I used the toilet that there was no toilet tissue AT ALL. ARRGGGH! By that time, I felt like this place was so filthy that it was probably in violation of the Health Department code and left without ordering anything. Stay away from this place unless you like germs.

Michael is a an absolute gem. Always remembers my name, helped my friend when is car was hit in the parking lot and overall just great energy to be around! Give this man a raise.

Rude staff. probably shouldn’t mock your customers when they’re right in front of you. makes me not want to do business with you again.

After reading the reviews, this store seems to have an issue hiring grumpy people and putting them on the cash register. I know its a hard job but I literally just ordered my drink and thats it. The only snide remarks or disdain was coming from across the counter.I went in this Starbucks a single time. The barista, April, made me never want to come back. The shift manager Cody (sp) was great, and everyone else was perfectly happy. Please take April off the cash register.I was going to sit there and drink a coffee before going and I literally didn't even feel ok sitting there. Everyone has bad days, I get it. But that got offloaded on to me and I wasnt having a good day either. It really sucks to feel ostracized from Starbucks after letting people go in front of me line and trying to be conscientious and everything else.I will not patronize this store again as a result.I appreciate that whoever gave me a canned apology but it still didn't reallt help a thing so. Leaving this 1 star up
