Nh Collection Prague Carlo Iv

This is a nice hotel and the service is top notch! I reserved the room through the american express portal for their luxury hotel collection. the customer relationship department contacted me before the time to confirm the reservation and if they can do something to improve my stay. I told them this trip is my honeymoon trip, which was canceled several times because of covid and they were friendly enough to update my room from deluxe to junior suite! they even gave us chocolate! I am impressed by their service and the hotel as a whole! the breakfast was massive with dining options. in any case one of the best hotels I was in. highly recommended for anyone visiting praha.

Carlo IV is a truly stunning luxury hotel in a beautiful historic building in the centre of Prague. We arrived early and there were initially some difficulties to find our reservation due to the airline, but the reception worked very hard to correct the problem and were very welcoming, and we could check in time. The location is fantastic, with all amenities just a short walk away. The wellness facilities are excellent and the staff is very helpful. The aromatherapy massage was the best I ever had. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide range of tasty and healthy options. Overall a fantastic experience and I can't wait to go back!

We were very impressed When we first arrived, we were very impressed by very elegant and stylish hotel! If you go to the lobby, you must fall in love with the beautiful interior design. The hotel is great with beautiful high ceilings., gorgeous, very clean, and the receptionists warmly welcomed us with a smile. The food was great and delicious. The only thought we didn't find the vanity kit in our room. And consistency of cream/body lotion was somehow water-oriented, while in common area it was different. I mean, something was different. The overall good thing we enjoyed a very relaxing stay at the hotel.

Had an amazing three-night stay in this very elegant and stylish hotel! Lovely decor throughout, generous selection of meals in breakfast, live music in the morning and evening. Super friendly and attentive staff. Special shouts at Jan at the reception that helped me with so many things and made my first visit to Prague especially and unforgettable! Thanks again!

Clean, after a long flight inviting, the beds were very comfortable. the staff here was so courteous, helpful and friendly. with tips what you can see in and around prag. I was helped to the train station by carlos who took over my very heavy bags, helped me buy a ticket and was friendly to show me the super market where I could get a drink and eat for my trip. he went beyond his roll as concierge.
