Kfc - Powys

Just like other kfcs I had. the journey was fast and easy, despite the busy ones. a lot of parking back. the zinger stacker burger I had was good. a burger? I cost it anyway.

A really nice place to eat. The staff were excellent, service was swift, the place was very clean. Enjoyed our meals. Well done guys.

They don’t take cash leave you waiting customer service is terrible extremely rude don’t waste your time

I visited the KFC in Newtown on a Friday afternoon with two others, expecting a quick little treat before we headed back to work. What we had was *no joke* the worst fast food we had ever experienced. After ordering all seemed well, it was a small order of two meals and hot wings so wasn't expecting to wait long. At the window all staff seemed to vanish, after 5 minuets I thought the apocalypse was open us- until a line of 4 cars pilled up behind us. At the 8 minuet mark the worker came to the window convinced we had payed and just seemed he had no clue what he was doing. The order was wrong, took 20 minutes, the drinks were missing so we had to wait longer to get his attention again, que of 5 cars behind us. Okay, fair enough I understand that circumstances mean it isn't the workers fault, but to have the food cold, tasteless and missing things was a joke. Cherry on top was the hair in the gravy, chips, chicken and burger. I even attached the photos for you. AVOID THIS PLACE

I dont know what the problem with KFC and coffee is but in the last 2 years everytime I visit one of there outlets the coffee machine isn't working, is this because its more expensive to have coffee with a meal deal or do they just invest in rubbish coffee machines, this visit was added buy the fact that the fries if yoh can call them that now there chunky chips realy) were cold and the chicken **** had been on the grill I guess 30 minutes before as it was just warm, so KFC but I've now had enough bad meals and won't be putting my hard earned penny's in your till anymore
